The Registry shows two sex offenders living in Hubbard County in January

There was the same number of registered sex offenders living in Hubbard County in January compared to the previous month, according to the Minnesota Public Registrant Search.

There are two sex offenders registered in Hubbard County in January.

The Registry shows one of these sex offender is sexual predator. In Minnesota, convicted predatory offenders also are subject to certain mandatory sentencing laws that are designed to minimize their chances to re-offend.

Minnesota legislation about sex offenders and predators is currently being evaluated and revised, such as if offenders with good behavior can be removed from the Registry.

Conduct included masturbating in their presence. Contact included sexual touching and penetration. Wagner took advantage of toddler's developmental disability to gain compliance. Wagner also possessed and distributed child sex abuse images.
