Of the 46,033 citizens living in Beltrami County in 2021, 74.6% were old enough to vote, equating to 34,318 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 16,955 were male, constituting 49.4%, and 17,363 were female, making up 50.6%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Beltrami County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 76.7%.
