City of Blackduck issued the following announcement on March 27
To protect the solid waste employees and citizens, we are enforcing social distancing when you use the Blackduck Transfer Station. Be prepared to wait your turn. If you are sick, please stay home. Ask someone else to haul your items to the Transfer Station. Bag all your household trash, and recycling, to limit contact by our employees. This is a change from what is normal because usually we don't want you to put your recycling in a bag. Attendants will not assist citizens in unloading the items they bring to the Transfer Station, to limit their exposure. Instead, they will direct where the items go. If your location has a clean-up date schedule please remember the Blackduck Transfer Station can take these materials year round and are better equipped.
