City of Blackduck issued the following announcement on Nov. 26.
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Blackduck will meet in the council chambers of City Hall of Blackduck at 6:00pm on December 16th, 2019, to consider utility and road improvements on Liberty Drive from Main Street N. to MnDot 71 pursuant to Minnesota Statute §429.011 to 429.111. The estimated cost of the improvement is $569,129.65. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard vvith reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
