City of Wadena issued the following announcement on Nov. 11.
The City of Wadena is accepting bids for sale of a 44’x 118’ building to be removed from the lot located at 1403 US Highway 71 South, Wadena, MN.
The building is partially pole type construction and has 12’ sidewalls, rafters 4 feet OC, blue and white steel siding and white steel roof, soffit, & facia. The building must be removed between January 1, 2020 and April 15, 2020.

Bids will be accepted in person, or by U.S. mail to Janette Bower, City Administrator, at 222 2nd Street SE, Wadena MN until December 2, 2019 at 4:30 PM, the City of Wadena has the right to reject any and all bids and waive irregularities.
