Graduates earn 25 degrees, certificates from Oak Hills Christian College

About 56 percent of the 25 degrees and certificates handed out by Oak Hills Christian College in 2017-18 were to students in theology and religious vocations programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Bemidji conferred 10 bachelor's degrees and 2 associate's degrees in theology and religious vocations programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in lay ministry. Data shows the school gave out 5 bachelor's degrees in lay ministry, followed by 4 bachelor's degrees in applied psychology and 2 associate's degrees in bible/biblical studies.

The college enrolled 98 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
