City of Big Lake issued the following announcement on Dec. 16.
Superintendent Steve Westerberg of Big Lake Schools was presented a certificate of appreciation by Board Chair Tim Suchy of Edward Jones at last week's Board meeting. Steve served as Vice-Chair for the last couple of years. He recently announcement his retirement as superintendent effective June 30, 2020. We thank him for his 3 years of service on the Board and his work with the Community Fair.
Dr. Scott Schulz of Great River Spine & Sport completed 5 years on the Board and he and his team were recently named 2019 Member of the Year by Chamber members!
We also appreciate the work of Karen Tomfohrde of Insurance Specialists Team on the Board and on the Community Fair.
