City of Sebeka issued the following announcement on Nov. 11.
A public hearing will be held at 5:30 to consider two (2) Conditional Use/Interim Use permit requests:
1. Request to operate a part-time vehicle repair shop out of an existing garage in a residential area
2. Request to have a residential building in an area zoned as a Commercial District
