City of Blackduck issued the following announcement on Oct. 9.
The City Of Blackduck will conduct a public meeting on October 28th, 2019 at 6:00 pm at Blackduck City Hall 8 Summit Ave. E. to receive public comment for the Blackduck Police Department to purchase and implement a portable recording system.
