City of Blackduck issued the following announcement on Jan. 20.
Notice is hereby given that the City of Blackduck City Council will hold a special council meeting to begin at 5:00 p.m Monday , September 23, 2019.
The purpose of this meeting will be to adopt City of Blackduck proposed levy for 2020.
