Blackduck Community Education is hosting local author, Terry Smith, as he discusses his novel Code 4. Code 4 is his memoir of 30 plus years in the field of law enforcement on the state of Minnesota. $5.00 to attend, law enforcement, military personnel and fire fighters attend for free.
