There are two sex offenders registered in Otter Tail County in March.
The Registry shows one of these sex offender is sexual predator. In Minnesota, convicted predatory offenders also are subject to certain mandatory sentencing laws that are designed to minimize their chances to re-offend.
Minnesota legislation about sex offenders and predators is currently being evaluated and revised, such as if offenders with good behavior can be removed from the Registry.

Contact included penetration. He used attention and affection to attain and exploit unmonitored access. Hecker was later found to be in possession of child sexual abuse images. |
