Bemidji: The Impossible Road Trip

34

The Bemidji Public Library is pleased to welcome back Eric Dregni, Language Professor at Concordia University. Bemidji turned out in droves to see Eric give his talk, For the Love of Cod and he is back to talk about his new book, The Impossible Road Trip. Join us, Wednesday, July 13, at 6:00 p.m. at the Bemidji Public Library, 509 America Ave, Bemidji to learn all about the oddities that dot our highways and byways across Minnesota and the rest of the United States.

The Great American Road Trip is back, and Eric Dregni is excited to show you some of the many attractions that line our roads. From our own Paul and Babe to the World’s Largest Fish in Hayward Wisconsin, join Minnesota author Eric Dregni as he guides us to neon-shrouded motels and tourist traps from Minnesota and around the country Wednesday, July 13, at 6:00 p.m.

The Bemidji Public Library is committed to providing the community with informational resources to enrich their lives. The library is open from 9/7 Monday through Thursday and 9/5 Friday and Saturday and provides a wide range of services to its patrons including WIFI, fax, printing, copying and our new legal kiosk. This program, and many others, is made possible through the Minnesota Legacy Amendment that supports the arts, culture, and heritage of Minnesota.
