City of Sebeka issued the following announcement on July 29.
By order of the Sebeka City Council, a special meeting of the Council of the City of Sebeka will be held in Council Chambers of the Sebeka City Hall in said City of Sebeka on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, beginning at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of developing the 2021 city budget, and additional agenda items including:

- Nuisance Properties
- Budget Workshop
- Water Fund 601
- Sewer Fund 602
- Liquor Store Fund 609
- SEDA Fund 872
- Other Remaining Funds
- Updates on General Funds
- August 11 – State Primary Election
- August 11 – Last day to file affidavit of candidacy
- August 13 – Last day to withdraw from running
- August 18 – Regular meeting – Audit Results
Action may be taken on any of these items.
