We are so grateful to the Beltrami County Board for voting to include the full funding request of the Kitchigami Regional Library System in its preliminary 2023 budget approval! We are also very grateful to our patrons, friends, and community for all of their support. While we understand the funding is not guaranteed until the final budget is passed, the Bemidji Public Library and Blackduck Public Library are very thankful to be part of a community that values their libraries so much.
