Each year The United Way of Bemidji Area requests donations of clean, gently used men’s, women’s, children’s and infant’s coats, snow suits and other winter accessories for its “Coats for the Community” program to help keep those in need warm and dry during the winter. Approximately 3,000 articles are collected and distributed each year in October.

A special thanks goes to Paul Bunyan Broadcasting’s radio stations, Dress Club Cleaners and Lueken’s Village Foods for their efforts in helping us have a successful drive each year!

Location

The following locations will be accepting donations from Thursday, Sept. 1, through Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022:

Lueken’s Village Foods North, 1171 Paul Bunyan Dr. NW

Lueken’s Village Foods South, 609 Washington Ave. South
Distribution is set for Oct. 1, 2022.
